Jonathan has been licensed since 2006 as a full time Real Estate sales experience. As a licensed Real Estate broker, he and his sales team have specialized in ground-up development of residential new construction, flipping, as well as buy-hold investing opportunities. Jonathan has over 1,000 transactions under his belt, and has been in the top 3% of his market, both by units and by volume for 8 years running.
Jonathan has turned his full time focus to the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties in the Hampton Roads and greater area. Having been born and raised here, Jonathan enjoys building communities, and leaving real property in better condition than when he found it. Jonathan holds a BS in Business Administration from Regent University, he is proud father and fitness and outdoors enthusiast.
